Where do the messages sent via my contact form go?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When a user submits your contact form, it will be emailed to the author of the post/page (to the email address that they have on file for their WordPress.com account), and the subject line will be the title of your post. If you wish, you can change both the recipient and the email subject of your emails by clicking the “Settings” tab. Separate recipient emails with a comma to send to multiple recipients. You can also change the email address and subject using the shortcode.

Thank you, that’s as I thought but I was beginning to wonder as I’m not receiving anything. I think there’s a configuration error with my contact form, but I’m struggling to find out what.

Have you made sure each user has the email address you thought they did?
You can access the users by visiting your full dashboard (adding /wp-admin to the end of your URL) and clicking Users in the left column.

That’s all correct. I am the only user and it’s set up with my email address. Messages send through the contact page but I can’t find where they go, if they do.

Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

Thanks @justjennifer . And @laurativendale if the form seems to work but you just aren’t getting the mail, you might also check with your host (Bluehost) to see if the mail is getting stuck on their mail servers. Good luck!
