Contact Form

When I was customizing the contact page I misunderstood and thought I needed to fill in the boxes so people would know how to contact me. Now my information has become a part of the code and the form is pre-populated with my information. I can’t find a way to delete it. I deleted the page and rebuilt it and the new contact page is pre-populated with my information rather than black. What do I need to do to fix my mistake? Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have a similar issue with my store. Shipping fields are filled out automatically with my information and I cannot cause them to revert to blanks. Let me know if you receive any responses, it may be relevant to my problem as well. Thank you. Jon

Have someone try and use your page. I believe it only shows up as pre-filled because you are on your account.

Oddly, the pre-populated information does NOT show up in the view that the public sees and the contact page is fully functional. As the administrator, I see my own information pre-populated even after my friend sent me a contact form via email. I went into the code and the issue is four child if/then statements. I did NOT muck about with the code but could see all the information there. Not sure why WordPress coded it like that but it is what it is, and it works even though it looks funny to the administrator. Thanks for your suggestion.
