  New blog: every time I set up the contact form it is populated with my own info. automatically, including my email which I don’t want made public. Now have had to delete page. How do I set up the page without getting my own info in the fields?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are the only one that can see that information. If you will log out of WordPress.com, and view your site, you will not see it.

  Any signed in WordPress.com user will see their own information in the form which makes it very easy for your users. I just went to your form and saw all of my information nicely filled in.
