  I mistakenly put my own contact info on the basic contact form. How can I remove it and re-save the contact form.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your information is filled in automatically if you are logged into your site. Any visitor, who is also logged into their WP site, will have their information automatically listed. Otherwise, the form will be blank.
