  Hello, for some reason my name and email appear in the fields of the contact form. I have two blogs on wordpress and I cannot edit them out. I’ve tried editing and deleting the page then creating a new contact page to no avail. Can someone help? Thanks!

  Hi,

  Hello, for some reason my name and email appear in the fields of the contact form.

  You see that because you are logged into the account. The visitor will not see that. If a visitor to your contact page is logged into a WordPress.com account, they may see their own username and email address, but not yours.
