Good afternoon,

I was trying to contact someone about auto renewing my account, since we haven’t posted anything on our blog for awhile. When I go to auto-renew, it just goes to a blank screen. Would like to talk to someone about the account and how to get this back up and running. Went to contact support page, and it says it is being updated.

It sounds like you are trying to renew a domain and domain mapping. However, the blog linked to your username is not on it’s own domain. Please post an active link to the blog in question starting with http://

I deleted both my cache and cookies and neither worked. Still came up completely blank. I tried on my PC and then we tried also on a MAC and that came up blank.
