  Two things. #1, When I click on my contact form (Send a Note) there are two forms stacked on one another. How do I remove the second one? #2, The Contact (Send a Note) email doesn’t get to me in my Inbox ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), nor is it in Spam. Please advise.

  Hi there, It looks like you are referring to your standalone WP install rather than your site hosted here on WordPressdotcom. Is that correct?

  If so, help for your self-hosted sites can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

  Yes, hi, tt. You were busying answering while I was busy trying to close the duplicates that the contact form hiccup causes and I didn’t refresh before hitting the “submit;” button here. ;) It’s all good.
