  HI there,

  I am having trouble with the contact form on my website. I just got out of support with godaddy/host account and they assured me it was not a server’s problem. I would love if anyone could go over the settings and how things are to see if there is anything wrong that I am missing.

  What’s the URL for the website that you are having problems with?

  This forum is only for sites hosted on WordPress.com. If your site is hosted on GoDaddy, that means it’s a self-hosted site (also called WordPress.org)

  There’s a forum dedicated to self-hosted WordPress sites that can help you out at https://wordpress.org/support/

  To learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (self-hosted), take a look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This website: http://nannythaty.com/ is a WordPress site, but it is a self-hosted site that is hosted by GoDaddy.

  This website: https://nannythaty.wordpress.com is a WordPress.com site.

  I know it can be confusing because they are both WordPress, yet they are different.

  I took a look at https://nannythaty.wordpress.com and was unable to find a contact form, so I think your issue is with the contact form on your self-hosted website. Please check out the forum at https://wordpress.org/support/ and someone there can help you out.
