  I have added a contact form. However why does the form automatically put my email address and user name in the boxes where a visitor should put theirs? I have tried to change this but it keeps putting my details back in??? Thanks for any advice.

  Aloha clare11g, WordPress.com does this for contact forms and comments when you are logged in to make it easier for you to submit something. Try logging out of your site or using your browser where you are not logged in and the fields should be blank.
