  If you mean that the contact form on your site pre-fills your name and email address; that is normal for everyone who’s logged into WordPress.

  For example, when I go to your form, it shows MY name and email address. It’s just a shortcut to make it easier for the visitor.

  Rest assured that it won’t show YOUR name/email for everyone. :)
