  It keeps automatically filling in my name, email and website when I preview my new contact form. How do I make them blank for people to fill in their details?

  This is a common misconception. You’ll see your own details only because you are still logged in to WordPress.com. Others will either see their own WordPress details pre-filled or see blank fields.
