  I want a new page to come up once they hit submit on contact form, to thank them for contacting me and tell them I have a 48 hour response time

  Hi there,

  As far as I know, there isn’t a feature to show a message after the submit button is hit. But that’s a great idea. Maybe you can post it in the ideas forum.

  And for your question, I would suggest you to display the message on the contact page. So it’ll be visible at all times (before and after the submit). That’s one alternative I can think of.
