  When I create a contact form for my contact page on my blog, it auto fills with my profile information. How can I avoid that?
  I used the following html for my form:
  [contact-form]
  [contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='true' /]
  [contact-field label='Email' type='email' placeholder='Your Email Address' required='true' /]
  [contact-field label='Comment' type='textarea' required='true' /]
  [/contact-form]

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Try logging out of your WordPress account first and then visit your contact form page. If you are logged in, your details will display as the default values.
