  I have information in my contact form and can’t get it out. I have tried removing it in a number of ways and it shows up every time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you referring to your contact information appearing in the form when you view the page? When a user is logged into WordPress.com, their contact details are shown in the contact form fields. Since you’re viewing the form, you see your info. When another user visits, they will see their contact details instead.
