  I have created a contact form and it shows my email and name in the form when I publish it. How do I remove the information from the form. I don’t want my information in the form I want people to enter theirs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @rckc23,
  It is happening because, you are logged in to your WordPress.COM account when you are viewing your site. Don’t worry… nobody on any other computer can see that information.

  TIP: Check your website in private/incognito mode. The fields will be empty.
