  I have included a contact form on my website. I have added my address on the settings for that page. However, after 4 tests from 2 different computers, I have not received the emails from the contact form.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy aberdeenaac!
  Did you check your Spam box, if you are receiving the emails there, I tried to test one, did you receive any email? Also here is the guide to just cross the steps again Contact Form
