  Hello @acetrainingandsolutionsblog
  Follow these steps to add a radio button to your contact form:
  1. Open the page editor to edit your page.
  2. Click on the “down arrow symbol” just beside the circular “+” button on the toolbar of the editor and click on Add Contact Form.
  3. Click Add New Field.
  4. From the Field Type dropdown menu select “Radio Button“
