  Hi – trying to put a contact page on my blog. I downloaded Contact Form 7 but can’t seem to find the place where it should be saved. The instructions said to go to the plugin link on dashboard. I can’t find the link on the dashboard.

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
