  why is the form field already filled out?

  When you’re logged into your WordPress account, forms such as contact or comments forms on any WordPress.com site will pre-fill in with your own details. Same with anyone else — if they have a WordPress account and are logged in to it, they will see their own information already in the forms; if they aren’t logged in, they will see an empty form.
