  Hello,
  I can’t manage to receive the mails send on the contact form of my website.
  I double checked all the messages and indication available in the forum. but it doesn’t work….

  Can you help me ?

  That site is running a standalone WordPress installation rather than using our service at WordPress.com.

  For help, you’ll need to visit the community at https://wordpress.org/support/

  What plugin are you using for the contact form? Check the setting and make sure you are looking at the correct email address. The plugin should have a support forum on .org that you can use.
