  I have mistakenly inserted my personal details in the contact form and these appear when I add the contact form as a page. I need to detail my personal details from my own conatct form!

  It looks like you’ve now removed the contact form page. It’s quite safe to publish it again. You only saw your details as you were still logged in to WordPress.com. If I visited your site whilst logged in to WordPress.com I would see my details displayed in your contact form. Others not logged in would see blank fields.
