Hi! I can’t seem to add a contact form, and I don’t have the my sites as described in the YouTube video on WordPress for adding a contact form. Please can you help me!!

Hey helenschilling,
At WordPress.com, whenever you sign up for a new site, it automatically creates a contact us page.
You can click on My Sites from the top-left corner, click on Site Pages, and a see Contact page.
The videos you see on YouTube are possible about a self-hosted WordPress site.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different platforms. To understand more, please read this. -
Hi ravichahar, thank you for your reply. This is not actually the site I am asking for. I have a new domain name through one.com and have taken a WordPress site through them. I am having huge problems with seeing my WordPress account, and whether or not I am being charged for any plugins. I’m just not finding anything particularly intuitive, and there does not seem to be any help for a paid site? Is that correct?
