  I uploaded a contact form plug in to my site, but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I doubled that my email address is entered correctly in the settings, but when I test the form the email doesn’t get to me. Any suggestions?

  What is the URL of the site you’re referring to, and the name of the plugin?

  The URL is https://davidbeardsley.com. The plug in is Contact Form 7

  Hi there!

  I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
