Add topic to favorites
I seem to be having trouble again with a contact form on my site. It is not sending every email through. I’ve tested it and received the tests, but I have had some clients try to fill it out and I have not received the email with their information. Any help troubleshooting the problem would be appreciated!

I have added different email addresses and I’m puzzled because everything comes through when I test it. But I have had clients try a few times on their own and I’m not getting their submission. I’m not sure if there is a problem based on device or browser? I’m stumped on how to troubleshoot.

Despite not being received via email, are they visible at https://toesandtutus.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=feedback ?

If so, check your email’s spam folder.

Okay, thank you!
They didn’t go through to my email (I had checked spam), but the contact form itself had flagged the missing ones as spam on the site and never sent them through.

Is there a way to mark the spam messages in Feedback as ‘safe’?

Yep, you can mark them as Not Spam from there too. :)
