  My custom contact form has disappeared from my website, though when I went back to edit the page, it was still there. I deleted it and put a new one back in, and saved the page, but it still will not show up on the site. Please help as this is the key point of my site!

  Earlier today we had a problem with our contact forms that we have now fixed. I just checked your blog and your contact form is showing up for me.

  If you are still having trouble please let us know and we will look into this further.
