  The contact form does not work. I have tried different browsers to no avail. The blog is password protected, as I am not ready to publish live. Thank you for your help.

  When I submit ”insert into post’ I get the code, not the form.

  However, I think it is an OS problem. I get the correct embed when I use my iphone5.

  Do you know any way to get around it? I have MacOS10.5.8

  You can try to add a contact form using our instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form . If you want to use Wufoo forms instead, please follow the instructions over here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/wufoo/ .

  I have already done that, thank you. I have a wufoo form now, but prefer not to have my clients go to another step to leave their info. It can be discouraging to some.
