  I am trying to add a captach to my WP page but I can find the Contact Form 7

  HI there,

  I did not see that you had the Contact Form 7 plugin installed on your site but you can add it here: https://wordpress.com/plugins/contact-form-7

  That plugin does not appear to have CAPTCHA built in but you can add it with this additional plugin that augments Contact Form 7: https://wordpress.com/plugins/contact-form-7-simple-recaptcha

  It’s worth noting that if you use our built in Form Block to create contact forms, it has powerful anti-spam filtering built in. This helps reject spam without the need for CAPTCHA, which can also sometimes result in legitimate visitors abandoning the form before they send a reply.
