  Contact form 7 – come da istruzioni scaricato su mio pc – come si fa a metterlo nella dashboard ??
  ho bisogno di un form per ricevere foto, semplicemente questo.

  Not sure what you’re talking about here, but Contact Form 7 is a custom plugin that’s not available on WordPress.com. You might get better help asking around at the WordPress.org support instead: http://wordpress.org/support/
