Contact Form 7 – Configuration error HELP

  Hi,

  I have been trying to get in touch with SOMEONE at WordPress for about a week. What is your customer service or tech support contact information?!

  There is a configuration error on Contact Form 7, ‘The email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.’ Our email addresses are NOT the same as the website. We do not have any other email addresses/domains. I have not received any messages from ANY of our forms in the pasts few days. This must be because of the configuration error. How do I resolve this?!?!

  I think this is going to post in the forums which I DO NOT LIKE. I want to SPEAK with SOMEONE who works for WordPress. PLEASE send me an email address or 1-800 number I can call.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.

  Oh, okay. I’m not sure what the difference is and I can’t find all of the log-in information from my predecessor. Do you happen to have a customer service or support phone number??

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://interpretersunlimited.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which WordPress.com staff really can’t help with.

  As has been pointed out, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

  You might also try contacting the author of the Contact Form 7 plugin.
