Contact Form 7 not sending but E-mail from WP Mail SMPT works

Hi, everything from WP Mail SMPT seems to be working fine, it sends E-mails out and receives E-mails however, if you submit contact details and a message on the contact form in the “Contact us” page you get a message saying it was successfully submitted but I do not receive an E-mail from the contact form?
The site is: Ayamedesigns.com it’s hosted by a private company using Cpanel. The E-mails work, as it receives test E-mails from the WP SMPT test.
I have looked through previous similar posts but found no solution.

ayamedesigns.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Hetzner, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:
