Contact Form 7 Not showing up on website

  HI there. I am new to WordPress and coding in general, the website got transferred to me after the previous guy got let go from the company.

  I had to add some content to one of the pages and the contact form is not popping up. I followed the instructions and to my eye the code looks the same for the contact box that is popping up, but for the new content I added, it doesn’t work.

  The website is technospa.co.za and the page is the ‘jacuzzi spa models’ page.

  The site you are having issues with is a WordPress.org self-hosted site. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites. The correct forum for WordPress.org self-hosted sites is http://wordpress.org/support. You will need to go there and create a separate account for the support forums there.
