Contact form 7 not working (failed to send message)

Hello,
Am new to WordPress and checking the site contact form brought an error message, Ive read some of the threads and it seems its a bigger problem for wordpress.org users rather than wordpress.com users. I believe my boss is using WordPress.com and so therefore am curious as to what is the specific way at handling this problem. I cannot seem to find support anywhere. -
I want to add to the fact that It used to work properly but ever since I integrated the reCAPTCHA it has stopped working. Is there something Im doing wrong or by-passed?

I removed the reCAPTCHA to see if that would remove the error and i did. the send message button no longer shows an error but rather the message has sent. Now i must figure out how to integrate reCAPTCHA onto the contact page of the site without it causing errors.

What was the exact error you were receiving when you had reCaptcha enabled?
You can find support for this particular plugin in the WordPress.org forums:

They should be able to assist you in getting reCaptcha set up properly.

Thanks but I ended up reading more on it and I figured it out apparently I needed to use the updated V3 version fo reCAPTCHA rather than the v2. Now my contact form is sending messages
