Contact form 7 plugin will not work

  I have tried about everything after downloading and activating Contact Form 7 to get it to appear on my contact page. I have even tried creating my own contact form in html in the text area but this does not work either. Does anyone have any idea why this plugin will not install? Thanks in advance for any replies.

  You cannot add plugins to a WordPress.com blog at all.
