Contact Form 7 Radio buttons showing up as lines

    I’m having trouble getting radio buttons to work. It’s showing up as lines and I’m not able to click it. Here’s the code I’m using:

    <p>Would you like a 15 minute phone consultation? </p>
    [radio label_first default:2 “Yes” “No”]

    I’ve tried every variation of code and read through any articles I can find on Contact Form 7. Please help!
