Contact Form 7 setup issues newbie

hello everyone.
I’m new to WP and I am trying to set up the info for Contact Form 7.
I’ve tried following the examples, but I must be doing something basically wrong.I have an email address that is hosted on Go-daddy under my domain. I do get an auto response when submitting the form but I have not received any emails.
What am I doing wrong?
to: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
from: [_site_title] <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>
subject: [_site_title] “[your-subject]”
Message body
From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]Message Body:
[your-message]—
This email was sent from a contact form on [_site_title] ([_site_url]) -
Sorry about the double post
I guess the question is under the mail tab do I fill in the field exactly like the example with all the quotes brackets and arrows?
To: my email goes here
From: [_site_title] <my email goes here>
