Contact form 7/mailchimp doesn't work

  Hi, my contact form 7 and mail chimp contact form aren’t working – I enter details and then a little arrow spins, and then nothing happens – no submission or redirect.

  I’ve disabled every other plugin one by one to see if there is a conflict, but nothing seems to be causing it.

  Does anyone have any ideas?
