  When making a new page with contact form the finished product displays my name and email address.

  Howdy, this is happening as you’re logged in to WordPress.com. For logged in users the contact form will use the profile information set at Users > My Profile.

  To everyone else your name and email address will not appear. Let me know if you have any other questions.
