  How to connect Contact Form to comments so I can respond to the completed contact form. Also my contact Form did not remove a mistake with my name and my email address in the fields that should be Blank

  I’m not sure what you are asking here. Can you give me a bit more information or a specific example?

  Do not worry, you are only seeing those fields prefilled because you are logged in as a WordPress.com user. If you log out, or view the page in a private/incognito browser window, you will see blank fields.

  You are right about my contact form. Thank you
  The setup is that if someone does the Contact Form that I set up, that information goes to my connected email. It does not appear as a Reply so I cannot respond through the blog. Is there a way to connect the Contact Form to the Reply feature?

  There is not. The contact form is meant for email/real-life communication initiation more than a Q&A sort of discussion on the blog itself.
