  Since I am working on WP.com (and not WP.org), I don’t have access to plugins, and therefore cannot install a contact form. Is there some way WP.com could enable a feature that could provide this service?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Try looking in the support documents, there is a search function
