contact form already filled in

  When we add the contact form to our “about” page, it already has our own email, website and name filled in. How do we change this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t. It’s auto-filling the data because you are logged in and it can see that data for you; it does not appear that way to anyone else.
