Contact form appears in blog pre-populated

  When I add a contact form to a page in my blog, it appears on the page filled out with my name, my email address and the blog website. The only blank field is the contact field. I’m quite sure that isn’t how it is supposed to be, but I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong to make that happen.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is filled out for you because you are logged in, and it recognizes you, that’s all. Nobody else sees that. If they’re logged in, they see their own info.

  It will appear blank IF your browser clears cookies and cached versions of a page, but that’s a browser setting, not a WP.com thing.
