Contact form cannot send email error

  Hello! I am adding a simple Contact Form to my WordPress.com site. I use the Plugin Elementor page builder and I just chose the regular Contact Form widget. This is the page with the contact form: https://thisisatestlauren.wpcomstaging.com/contact-us/

  When I tried to test this contact form, no matter what I put in the fields, it shows “Ops! I cannot send this email!”

  Is there any basic configuration i’m missing?

  yes I talked to the support chat and we figured out a work around. The issue is probably on Elementor.
