Contact form continues cycling when someone tries to register

    I’m using OptimizePress and am using one of their landing page templates. On the contact form where people can subscribe to my site it isn’t letting people register. It sometimes allows those on a computer to register, but it doesn’t allow people using their phones to register. It seems to give the most problem in the early morning. When people try to opt-in it the loading circle just continues to cycle and never finishes. They do not get registered and don’t get redirected to my thank you page. How to I fix this?

    What’s your site address? It sounds like you are running the stand alone WordPress installation rather than using us at WordPress.com.
