  can i customize the input fields in a contact form with PRO?

  well are there contact forms because I havent purchased anything and I see advanced contact forms in the business one thats not available, whats the difference in pro and the upcoming business option

  Did you read the page I linked?

  You should be able to do some of what you want without any upgrades.
