Contact form disappeared

    Where did my contact form go? I lost (and then replaced) content after I updated images and added a blog post. I thought of reactivating the theme but I don’t see the option to do that.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Looks like you (accidentally?) removed the contact form in a recent revision.

    Here are contents of that page if you’d like to flip the editor to HTML view and add it back:
