Contact form doesn’t send to admin email

I’ve set up a blog with a contact page, but none of my test messages get to my admin email address. I tested my personal WP blog too, but had no problems there, which leads me to believe this a settings issue and not something with WordPress. Trouble is, I can’t seem to locate any setting that would affect the contact form in this way.
I’ve also changed the admin email to test on different accounts (ATT, gmail, etc.) and I have no problem getting the confirmation email. Just no messages from the site. And I’ve checked my spam folders/settings–nothing there.
Any ideas?

Are you changing the admin email under users > your profile or under settings > general? Under settings > general is where the admin email is.

Thanks for the response sacredpath. Yes, I’ve been changing the email in settings > general. So I’m stumped.
