Contact form drop down menu malfunction (diverting to homepage and Facebook)

    I just added a “how did you find out about us” drop down section to my page’s “contact us” formidable form. Everything seemed to be straightforward and working properly.

    I did a test run on the actual webpage and each time I click to pick one of the drop down options, I suddenly get sent to the home page or to our Facebook (so strange, right). I tried another browser, even another computer and it keeps sending me to the Facebook/home page.

    Has anyone else expereinced this? Is there an easy fix?

    I see no contact form on the site you linked here. Can you please provide a link to the page with your contact form, then I’d be happy to take a look for you.

    That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but is a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
