  my username and email appear in the contact form is there a way to make it blank

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there!

  Thanks for that question :)

  You’re only seeing this information because you’re logged into your WordPress.com account. Nobody else sees it.

  If a visitor is also a WordPress.com user, and is logged into their account, Those fields will autofill with their own contact information.

  If the visitor isn’t logged in, no contact information will appear, and the fields will be blank.
