Contact Form – Email address used

How do I change the email address used in contact form? Right now it emails the person who designed the site (me) when I need it to email the person who owns the site.
Do I simply add them as an Admin?

They need to be an admin, yes; they should be anyway, because contracts and work relationships end. Under settings->General there is a spot for the email of the blog itself, and that is the one that the Contact form goes to. It says:
This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an e-mail at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.

You can also add email addresses to be emailed, more than one person can receive the email
