Contact Form – email communication

Hello,
We are kibsz.ch a site hosted on WordPress and we have the following issue: the contact form on the main page is set to send the info from our visitors in the background in WordPress from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). When trying to send info filled in this form, an error message comes up stating to try later. Have also changed the recipient’s email to a different one and it does work. I would like to mention that all internal communication within @kibsz.ch email addresses works without any issues. I have addressed this issue with our IT Team who investigated within the email protocol settings and came back to me stating that no issues were found from their side and to ask WordPress if they are aware of any similar issue encountered in the past, which is what I am doing now. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue would be very much appreciated.

Actually that site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is a WordPress installation hosted with hetzner.de, and this is a server configuration issue. Your MX points to a separate server and the server needs to be configured to look for that.
